Build confidence, strength, and resilience in a supportive small-group setting designed specifically for women. This 4-week program focuses on full-body functional strength using body weight, resistance bands, dumbbells, and kettlebells — with individualized coaching every step of the way.
Strength training is one of the most important tools for women’s long-term health, helping to support bone density, muscle mass, metabolism, posture, balance, energy, and healthy aging. Whether you’re brand new to lifting or returning to exercise, this program is designed to meet you where you are.

In collaboration with the Lemont Library we are excited to bring you a monthly wellness chat after our regularly scheduled walking group! We will meet at the Lemont Library at 9:30am on the 3rd Monday of each month to walk followed by a wellness chat on varying topics.

Private Fitness Class

Gather 6-8 of your favorite family and friends for a private class and social hour! This can be customized to fit your needs and ideas and can include fitness, yoga or Qigong type classes plus use of our community area for food/beverage. 2 hour package available- perfect for a girls-day-out, birthday, bridal shower, bachelorette party or spa night!
Girl Scout Badge Program
$125
Choose between badges 'Respect Myself' 'My Best Self' 'Staying Fit' 'Practice with Purpose' or 'Women's Health' based on the troop level. Our Health & Wellness Coach will design a custom program that will incorporate all aspects needed to complete the badge and will include snacks. 2 hour program, includes up to 10 girls, each additional scout over 10 will be $15 extra
Club Fitness

Perfect for your club sports team, this program is designed for preteens ages 11-15 and will be customized to meet your goals- from a fun structured social dance party to focus on ergonomics and form for strength building, to education on fueling your body- this can be a great additional to any sports training program. Pricing dependent on customization details and includes up to 10 kids, each additional will $15
Birthday Parties/Dance Parties

Looking for a unique place to sing, dance and mingle for your next party? This is a 2 hour party package. Pricing dependent on customization details and includes up to 10 kids for $240 and goes up to $320 for up to 16 kids.
Custom Birthday Parties/Dance Parties
$600-680
Looking for a custom choreographed party to your own playlist? Our Programs Manager and Dance Specialist Katie can help you design a custom, unique party event. You will receive a video of the choreographed dance after the class so that participants can keep practicing! Pricing dependent on customization details and includes up to 10 kids for $600 and goes up to $680 for up to 16 kids.
SPace Rental
Looking for a space to hold a personal event, party, or retreat but do not need an instructor or moderator? This option is for you. Reach out to danyelle@hivefusionfitness.com to reserve your space today.
Space Rental
$100/hr
Space rental is available around group fitness schedule and has a 2 hour minimum. This option is available to anyone hosting a private event not generating income. Access to the fitness studio (no shoes) as well as the community area (shoes okay) that has a kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, sitting area and a patio space. Liquor license will need to be obtained on your own. Fitness space holds 20 people, community space holds up to 20 people.
Space plus Equipment Rental
$150/hr
Space plus fitness equipment is included in this rental option and includes a 3 hour minimum. This option is perfect for hosting your own retreat or program. Event liability is required.
