I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional and a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a passion for preventative, holistic wellness. I have a goal of being a part of the movement that will propel our healthcare system into more preventative and Lifestyle Medicine based care. I want to help people make positive changes before sickness or injury takes over their life. I believe in treating the whole person- it is only through a deep examination of and attention to all facets of wellness that we truly become the best version of ourselves.

Jess started her fitness journey about 8 years ago when she found out she was pregnant with her first son Cameron, and now also has a younger son named Tyler. She has been very dedicated these last years to staying fit, strong, and active - even safely throughout those pregnancies. Exercising is apart of her almost daily routine. She feels more healthy now then she did in her 20's! HIIT/cardio work outs are her favorite, and she cannot wait for you all to join her in the studio! He is a disciplined martial artist of over a decade, and has competed in a handful of jiu jitsu competitions. John is a Reiki Master, 100 hour certified Qigong practitioner, and is certified in chakra balancing, breath and mediation, and energetic muscle testing. He discovered Qigong after experiencing a series of injuries, as a way to manage pain and strengthen the body with limited ability. Through regular practice and becoming educated on the foundation of the art, he discovered the array of physical, mental, spiritual and emotional benefits that are invaluable to his healthy lifestyle. In an increasingly dependent world of technology and screens Jackie is devoted to teaching tools of mindfulness and conscious living to those of all ages. It’s through quieting a busy mind and tuning inwards we connect to Source and refill our cups to be able to give generously. Jackie also teaches kid yoga and meditation. As a mom, Jackie loves working with kids to bring mindfulness and movement together in a fun and playful way. Through a lighthearted, imaginative approach to teaching, Jackie aims to bring much needed restorative awareness to those of all ages.
What to expect in class: tools for how to manage stress, be present, and welcome ALL of our emotions. Soothing restorative poses, gentle flows and meditative techniques to help cultivate balance, positive energy, and healing. My favorite poses are happy baby and tree pose!

Mary was a self-proclaimed Yoga skeptic and reluctantly went with a friend 10 years ago to her first yoga class. She was immediately hooked! It was truly what her body was craving, and she didn’t even realize it! She had always enjoyed participating in a variety of athletics and exercise, and now understood that incorporating yoga with these workouts or sports is the complete package. I could feel my body saying “Thank-you!”
Fast forward, she retired from being a high school teacher in 2020 and took a leap of faith to become a certified instructor. She completed her 200hr. Teacher Training Certification through Simply Yoga Lemont in 2022 and jumped right into teaching! What a great “gig” to be able to incorporate her love for teaching and do it through instructing yoga. Mary looks forward to every class that she teaches and welcomes every student walking through the door, meeting them right where they are, whether it’s the first class they’ve ever taken or a seasoned Yogi. Chrissy is a 500hr advanced yoga instructor. Her journey to yoga began at age 17 when anxiety became an all encompassing aspect of her life. She explored all styles of yoga until the day she stepped into a Power Vinyasa yoga class for the first time. She fell in love with the practice and quickly went on to receive her 200hr certification in 2012. She continued her education and went on to receive her 500hr certification along with several others. Yoga for her is a deeply rooted whole body therapy embracing mind, body, and spirit. She loves to lead an upbeat class with high energy and great music to get students out of their heads and into their body and breath.
When she is not in the studio teaching she is a working artist and designer. Outside of the work space, she is mama to her beautiful 9 year old daughter and spunky 2 year old little guy that keep both her and husband very busy.
